How to Use the Magicite Deck Simulation

Getting Started

There are only three steps. Everything is recalculated the moment you choose something, so there is no “calculate” button.

Try a Sample

First, let's see what a finished deck and its results look like, using an example.

1. At the very bottom of the simulation page, under “Try a Sample”, press Apply Sample.
2. When asked “Reset your settings and load the sample?”, press OK. The page reloads with a sample deck: Ark (Ultra Attack) as the main magicite, and Crusaders, Shinryu Celestia, Neo Bahamut and Gilgamesh (all Ultra Attack) as sub magicite, each with inherited effects.
3. Scroll down to see the total magicite status, bonus status and magicite effects calculated for the sample.
4. To make your own deck from there, open a row and choose a different magicite or effects.

Applying the sample erases the deck you were building. If you want to keep it, bookmark or share its URL first.

Build Your Magicite Deck

The “Magicite Deck” card has one Main row and four Sub rows. Set each row in the same way.

1. Tap the magicite image or any effect icon in the row you want to set. A selection window opens with three items: Magicite, Magicite Effects 1 and Magicite Effects 2.
2. Press Magicite, pick a tab, then choose a magicite. For magicite with Ultra Attack / Ultra Magic versions, choose with the buttons under the icon.
3. Press Magicite Effects 1 and Magicite Effects 2 to choose inherited effects. Effects that differ only in level are grouped on one card. Choose the level with the buttons underneath (highest on the left).
4. Press Close when you are done, then set the next row.

Changing the magicite resets Magicite Effects 1 and 2 of that row to “FREE”. Choose the magicite first, then the effects.

The magicite's own effects appear in the row automatically. Magicite Effects 1 and 2 are the inherited effects, shown in the remaining slots of the row.

Chaos magicite have four effects. They are shown from the left of the row: the magicite's own two effects, then Magicite Effects 1 and Magicite Effects 2.

Using the Selection Screen

Tabs

Switch between groups. Magicite: Chaos / Creation / Odin / Rarity 6 / Rarity 5. Effects: Status Related, Up/Cut Related and two Attribute Related groups. The window keeps the same size when you switch tabs; scroll inside it to see more.

Ultra Attack・Ultra Magic / Lv24・Lv20

Buttons under a card choose the version or level. The selected one turns green and its card gets an orange frame.

Back

Returns to the list of the three items without changing anything.

Clear

Shown only when something is selected. Sets the item back to “FREE”.

Reset

Shown on the list of the three items when any of them is selected. Sets the Magicite, Magicite Effects 1 and Magicite Effects 2 of that row back to “FREE” at once. Other rows are not changed.

Close

Closes the window. Tapping outside the window also closes it. Your choices are already applied.

Reading the Results

The four cards under the magicite deck are filled in automatically.

Total Magicite status (auto calculated)

HP, ATK, DEF, MAG, RES, MND and SPD of your whole deck, calculated from the main magicite and the four sub magicite.

Additive status (auto calculation)

How much each status of your party is raised by the magicite effects (for example Attack Boon), based on the total magicite status.

Magicite effect (special)

A bulleted list of special magicite effects that are not shown as numbers (for example, more damage in certain dungeons or boss battles). The icon at the start of each line is the magicite that has the effect. “None” is shown when there are no such effects.

Total Magicite effect (auto calculation)

The combined value of each magicite effect, shown in three groups: Status, Up/Cut and Attribute. Turn on Show names at the right of the heading to show the name of each effect above its icon (off by default).

The status effect values are a guide. The game rounds up when calculating against the total magicite status, so the actual numbers can differ slightly.

Press Close at the right of a card heading to shrink the card to its heading, and Open to show it again. Collapse all above the “Magicite Deck” card closes every card at once; when all cards are closed it changes to Expand all.

Saving, Sharing and Resetting

• Save: The page URL changes each time you choose something. Bookmark it to open the same deck later.
• Share: Share results on X(former Twitter) opens the X post screen with the URL of your deck (nothing is posted until you post it).
• Image: Create an Image of the Results under the share button turns your deck and results into images you can save. See how
• Reset: Reset of the Magicite Deck clears all magicite and effects after a confirmation. This button is at the right of the “Magicite Deck” heading and at the bottom of the page.
• Reset one row: To clear only the main or one sub magicite, press Reset in the selection window of that row.
• Move to the Bottom above the “Magicite Deck” card jumps to the share button at the bottom of the page.

A reset cannot be undone. If you want to keep your deck, bookmark or share the URL first.

Turning the Results into Images

You can save your deck and its results as images, for example to post them or keep a record.

1. At the bottom of the simulation page, press Create an Image of the Results under the share button. A new page (tab) opens and the image is created. It may take a few seconds.
2. Choose the image with the tabs. Magicite Deck the main and sub magicite with their effects / Status the total magicite status and the additive status / Effects (Special) the special magicite effects / Effects (Basic) the value of each magicite effect.
3. Change how the image looks if you like. The image is created again when you change a setting. Image background: White (default) or Black (the dark-mode colors). Effect names (Effects (Basic) only): Show (default) or Hide the name above each effect icon.
4. Save the image: press and hold it (or right-click it). If that does not work, tap the image to download it.
5. When you are done, press Close this page to go back to the simulation.

The images show the deck and results exactly as they were when you pressed the button. If you change your deck, press Create an Image of the Results again.

Share on X (Twitter) on the image page shares the URL of the same deck, just like the share button on the simulation page.

About the Calculation

• Inherited magicite effects are calculated at their maximum inheritance level.
• For Crusaders, DEF and RES are multiplied by 0.3 and MND by 0.7 against the final total magicite status.
